    1: Is your surgery on the side of the skull near the ear? If so temporal muscle atrophy does cause some dipping I noticed you are 24 years. The muscled will regenerate with time, it may not be symmetrical, but it will build up. 2: If you do not notice any neurological symptoms that are new, such as seizures, then you do not have to worry about any tumor growth. 3: if you are really concerned, (you had surgery 2 months ago:) a follow-up Mri can always indicate if there is any regrowth.     Well, it depends on what the severe back injury is. If you had a severe back injury, I am assuming you went to either the ER or saw a doctor. Depending on the severity of the trauma, you could have an injury to the area of the spine. I would recommend having an MRI of the cervical spine; if there is an injury of the spinal cord in the neck, then your arm and leg coordination can get affected. Prior to ordering an MRI, a doctor should examine you and see if the coordination problems are related to the cervical spine, and order that study to confirm a diagnosis. Best regards READ MORE

    Recovery from craniotomy can take several months. It is a slow and steady process. Please don’t get frustrated. Definitely light excercise is a great idea, it always increases blood circulation, which is a key factor for healing.
