Bringing health and wellness to the families of his community, Dr. Trochim is the Founder of Trochim Family Chiropractic in Rocky Mount, Virginia. As a reputable chiropractor, his aim is to become the local authority not only for musculoskeletal pain relief, but for a wide variety of health ailments, and for providing individuals’ resources that allow them to live a healthier lifestyle.

Trochim Family Chiropractic provides a number of therapeutic modalities as well as the latest in chiropractic techniques to provide effectiveness and efficiency in the management of some of the most complicated health conditions. “We will provide the residents of Franklin County with quality patient-centered chiropractic care, with a focus on positive patient outcomes and overall wellness, while maintaining a compassionate, friendly, and transparent atmosphere” according to the mission of the practice. 

Born and raised in the Ferrum part of Franklin County, Dr. Trochim and his family have valued the power of chiropractic for decades now. He and his 4 siblings grew up receiving regular adjustments. He graduated from Franklin County High school in 2007, after which he received his undergraduate degree from Bridgewater College in 2011. Years later, in 2014, he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport.

A trusted force for health and wellness in Franklin County, Dr. Trochim has been chosen as one of the top 10 chiropractors for patient satisfaction by the American Institute of Chiropractors for 3 years in a row.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain and back pain. On a more personal note, Dr. Trochim married his high school sweetheart, Kelly, in 2011. Together, they have 2 daughters, Molly and Charlotte. They are members of Franklin Heights Baptist Church. Dr. Trochim is an avid runner, bicyclist, and Chicago Cubs fan.
