If you are healthy you can safely alternate 600mg ibuprofen with 1000mg Tylenol. No more than 3200mg ibuprofen per 24 hours and not more than 4000mg Tylenol. Can surgery remove canker sores?
Sometimes lasers can help. Usually a canker sore can last 10-14 days. I get them too! I find applying chlorhexidine rinse with a cotton swab for a minute 2-3x a day makes them disappear faster. You do need a prescription for this! READ MORE
