A native of Tucson, Arizona, Dr. Owtad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from The University of Arizona, graduating with Honors and on the Dean’s list. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree and his Certificate in Public Health from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Keeping current with the newest developments and procedures within his field, Dr. Owtad remains a distinguished member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Society, as well as Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society.
