He underwent residency training at the renowned Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, where he had the privilege of learning from luminaries in the field, including Dr. Fred Plum and Dr. Jerome Posner. Driven by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, he further honed his skills through a fellowship in neuro-oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
During his time at MD Anderson, he proved himself to be a pioneer in the field of cancer neurology. His contributions extended beyond clinical practice as he served as an Assistant Professor of Neuro-Oncology and took on the role of Neurology Residency Program Director.
