Distinguished as an exceptional nuclear medicine specialist, Dr. Hart is affiliated with Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, seeing patients at their offices in Wellington, Florida.

Educated in the United States, Dr. Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from St. Lawrence University. She earned her medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Later, she completed her fellowship in nuclear medicine at the Brooke Army Medical Center.

An authority in her field, the doctor is board-certified in nuclear medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, which certifies physicians as specialists in the practice of nuclear medicine.

Furthermore, she is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

On a professional level, Dr. Hart is a Founding Member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Holding a license to practice medicine in Florida, she can be found on staff at Bay Pines VA Medical Center. She is also a US Army Veteran, serving 10 years and holding the rank of Major.

Among her prior academic appointments, Dr. Hart has served as a faculty member within the Department of Medicine at the University of Central Florida Medical School, the University of Southern Florida, and Nova Southeastern University.

Nuclear medicine is a medical specialty involving the application of radioactive substances in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
