Dr. Amer Budayr practices Endocrinology in the East Bay and in Marin County, CA. As an internist with specialty training and board certification in endocrinology, he works as a consultant helping individuals with known or suspected endocrine imbalance. He has developed a patient-focused approach, with a broad view of the impact of hormones on health and well being. He believes in helping patients understand the relationship of hormones to all aspects of health. Drawing on knowledge and experience gained over 30 years of clinical practice, he explores safe, effective and evidence-based options that are available, partnering with patients in order to decide which modality is best for them. By coordinating care with primary care physicians, he is able to provide a team based comprehensive approach to optimize functioning and well being.
