Get to know Dentist Dr. Amjad Kinjawi, who serves patients in North Attleboro, Massachusetts.

Dr. Kinjawi is a general dentist at Unique Dental Care. He has been helping patients maintain their oral health at the North Attleboro, Massachusetts office.

One of the founding partners of Unique Dental Care in 2000, he was instrumental in creating the original vision for the practice. He has over 25 years experience helping patients to achieve and maintain their oral health, esthetics, and function. Some of the services that he offers include: general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, Invisalign, and preventive care.

Pertaining to his educational background, Dr. Kinjawi received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 1997. He then completed an additional residency with a Master’s degree in Minor Oral Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of Montpellier in France. His commitment to continuing education is exemplified by over 400 hours of continuing education credits in cosmetic and restorative dentistry (Cerinate Smile Design (Lumineers®), veneers, crown and bridges) and endodontics, among others.

Certified as an Invisalign practitioner, Dr. Kinjawi is also trained to fit dental appliances for sleep apnea. He maintains membership status with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Society, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Kinjawi has been residing in North Attleboro since 2000 with his wife, daughter, and son. He speaks several languages, including English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.
