Dr. Diamond is a genitourinary oncologist who specializes in the treatment of prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers. He is currently the Director of Medical Oncology at New Jersey Urology, LLC, seeing patients at the cancer treatment centers in Bloomfield, Cherry Hill, Cranford, Saddle Brook, and West Orange.
As such, he offers compassionate and state-of-the-art care for patients with genitourinary malignancies. As the lead investigator of a range of clinical trials for patients with prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers, he is committed to clinical research in order to bring cutting-edge cancer therapies to his patients.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University and his medical degree from the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University, Dr. Diamond completed his training in medical oncology with internationally recognized leaders in genitourinary oncology at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medicine. He subsequently served as the chief of medical oncology and the director of cancer research at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, New Jersey.
With a focus on cancer care, he is board-certified in medical oncology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Named a Top Doctor in Bergen Magazine (2018, 2019), Dr. Diamond has published papers and delivered presentations on treatment issues related to renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, head and neck cancer, liver cancer and heparin–induced thrombocytopenia, the abnormal formation of blood clots within blood vessels.
