Under the leadership of preventive cardiologist Dr. Arthur Agatston, The Agatston Center for Preventive Medicine is a concierge medicine practice that allows patients and physicians to spend the necessary time personalizing care. Its mission is to deliver the best available care to patients in the most efficient and timely manner.
Academically, Dr. Woolger attended the University of Florida, graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology in 1986. She then went on to earn her Medical Degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 1991, after which she performed her residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Most recently, in 2019, she earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, with a concentration in Functional Nutrition, from Nova Southeastern University.
As Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami for more than three decades, Dr. Woolger served as the medical director of the UHealth Champions program, and was essential to the development of the institution’s progressive program.
She moved to The Agatston Center for Preventive Medicine in 2018, where she provides personalized attention and focuses on all aspects of preventive health care.
In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), Dr. Woolger is a Diplomate of both the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (ACBN) and the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
