Get to know Plastic Surgeon Dr. Eric S. Rothenberg, who serves patients in Pasadena, Texas.
Dr. Rothenberg is an experienced plastic surgeon, whose expertise in surgery is coupled with a genuine concern for his patients. He has been practicing aesthetic, oncoplastic, and hand surgery in the Pasadena/Baytown area since 1999.
In order to help patients achieve a satisfying approach for every part of their body, he offers a full array of plastic surgery services, including: Vampire facial (platelet-rich plasma facial), PRP injection, tummy tuck, Kybella, upper arm lift, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, ear surgery, eyelid surgery, brow lift, forehead lift, Botox, thigh lift, lip augmentation, facial fillers, neck lift, oncoplastic/cancer reconstruction, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, fractures of the hand and fingers, and Dupytrens’s contracture.
A 1985 graduate of New York Medical College, Dr. Rothenberg went on to perform his internship and residency in general surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where he was Chief Resident in General Surgery from 1990 until he graduated in 1991. He then completed a fellowship in hand surgery at the Houston Northwest Medical Center, after which he joined the Hand Surgery Centres of Texas for one year. In 1993, he opened his private practice in surgery of the hand.
After spending three years in private practice in Houston, Dr. Rothenberg returned to New York City and completed a residency in plastic surgery at The State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. In 1999, he returned to the Houston area where he re-established a practice both in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as surgery of the hand.
Dedicated to surgical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.
In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), Dr. Rothenberg is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Harris County Medical Society, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Licensed to practice medicine in Texas, he is affiliated with CHI St. Luke’s Health-Patients Medical Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, and HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast.
