Dr. Jenny April blends her knowledge of classical physical therapy with the holistic traditions of Gyrotonic® and Yoga, to create a fresh perspective on physical rehabilitation. Her physical therapy treatments are also informed by her knowledge of Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, the Fascial Meridians, Kinesio Taping and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Dr.Jenny April uses these principles of alignment & breath awareness to prevent re-injury, as well as create a tailor-made movement re-education program to rebalance and heal your system.
