Raised in West Hempstead, New York, Dr. McMonigle’s educational journey began at SUNY Cortland, followed by a Master’s program at NYU. She completed her medical education at The New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2001. Her residency in neurology at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident, prepared her for a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, further enhancing her skills and knowledge.
Dr. McMonigle has been a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry since 2007 and is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology. She is dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in neurological research and therapies to provide her patients with the best possible care.
