Dr. Alvin D. Balay Gonzalez, is the youngest of five children of Mr. Angel Balay and Mrs. Carmen Gonzalez. Was raised from a poor family in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
His High School Diploma is from Centro San Francisco, a School for poor Children.
Since young, wanted to help people. Is Graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Ponce Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Study Medicine in Universidad Central del Este, Dominican Republic Graduated with HONOR CUM LAUDE. Also has a Degree in Funeral Home Director and Embalming, graduated with HONOR MAGNA CUM LAUDE.
Now is a General Practitioner/Familiar Medicine practicing at his Office. For more than a Decade has practice as Emergency Medicine Physician in many Institution, now in Damas Hospital.
At his office, provides Service of Physical Exam, Preventive Medicine, Diagnosis and Treatment for Adult and Pediatric population. Helping His community.

Dr. Balay Gonzalez is an active Baptist Christian.
