After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Dr. Wagner went on to complete her residency at Hackensack Medical Center. She was a Partner at Antietam Periodontics in Hagerstown, Maryland before opening her own practice in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
