Together, they work to develop individualized treatment regimens for patients throughout the health system. His group collaborates with researchers to create ground-breaking clinical trials. He is especially committed to quality, continually evaluating surgical results within the healthcare system and looking for innovative methods to improve them. Dr. Nealon has co-directed The Pancreas Club, an international society, written more than 100 peer-reviewed articles, and he has delivered more than 50 speeches in his area of expertise.
