He then pursued his internship in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital, his residency in internal medicine at Danbury Hospital, and his fellowship in medical oncology at Roger Williams Medical Center.
Following his training, he attained board certification in medical oncology and internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
