In 1991, Dr. Din earned his medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York. Thereafter, he completed his fellowship training in multiple sclerosis and neuro-immunology at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
Shortly after, he became board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.
Neurology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the nervous system.
