Dr. Muscente is a graduate of the SUNY College of Optometry in 1994.  After completing a residency at the FDR VA Hospital in Montrose, New York, Dr. Muscente worked for the New York Harbor Health Care System as well as the SUNY College of Optometry where he is currently an adjunt assistant clinical professor.  Currently, Dr. Muscente is an attending optometrist and Director of Student Externships for Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York.
