Depends. Most modern machines will take a few seconds. Sometimes you need delayed images. READ MORE

Nothing in medicine is 100 percent my friend. They need to be over a certain size. Like a few mm in most cases. But most importantly, the radiologist looking at the CT needs to look for and see them. So it’s mostly missed by humans not the machine. READ MORE

Can a CT scan show a kidney infection?
Yes. It also can sometimes show the reason for the infection like stone, or obstruction from other causes. READ MORE

Yes. Has to be done a certain way. With proper bowel prep, good quality machine and appropriate distension. READ MORE
What are the side effects of radiation treatment after prostate surgery?
Unfortunately I’m not a radiation therapist. I know it can cause bladder disfunction and can effect the nerves in the area which among other things control erectile function, so definitely things to discuss with your radiation therapist. READ MORE
Can a CT scan detect a bone infection?
Yes. CT can show a bone infection. You may still need biopsy to confirm infection and identify a bug so therapy can be directed properly. READ MORE
