Academically, Dr. Fares graduated from the University of Tishreen in Syria in 2000. Years later, in 2004, he performed his residency in internal medicine at Damascus University, after which he moved to the United States where he completed an additional residency at Detroit Medical Center. He also pursued a fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center, where he served as a Pulmonary Critical Care Chief Fellow from 2014 until 2015.
Dedicated to clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
