There are two common reasons for this. If she is anxious she may be pulling it out. The other reason is called telogen effluvium which is an immune response against her hair follicles. If I were to rate the different alternative milk be options they would be as follows: 1. Almond- good source of protein, may have a lot of added sugar. 2. Coconut- good source of fat but can cause diarrhea 3. Cashew- nothing wrong with it but it can taste gross 4. Rice- almost no fat and no protein 5. Hemp- it's a weed, ew. 6. Soy- the soy protein effects your body in similar ways to the hormone estrogen. Not an ideal choice when there are better options. READ MORE
