Dr. Sealock completed his medical degree in 1986 from Illinois College of Optometry at Chicago. After obtaining his Medical Degree, Dr. Sealock completed an internship at the State University of New York Optometry College. Dr. Sealock was awarded the Charlotte Porter award, the Syntex Award and the Gold Key Award. Dr. Sealock currently practices with Four Seasons Eyecare Inc. An Optometrist specializes in the examining of the eye for defects and faults of refraction, with prescribing correctional lenses or eye exercises, with diagnosing diseases of the eye, and with treating such diseases or referring them for treatment.
