Dr. Dresser is a highly knowledgeable internist with a valid medical license to practice in California. She wears multiple hats in her professional life, including serving as the Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine and holding the position of Division Chair of Hospital Medicine at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. 

Underscoring her commitment to medical excellence and education, Dr. Dresser worked as a hospitalist at California Pacific Medical Center. Academically she also held a role of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. 

In addition to her civilian responsibilities, she is a  Lt. Commander in the United States Navy Reserves, served two tours of duty as Naval medical officer at the Persian gulf.  

Shaping her path to becoming a skilled medical professional, Dr. Dresser graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine, attaining her Medical Degree in the Class of 2009. She then completed an internship in internal medicine at SetonHall University program at St. Michaels Medical Center Newark, New Jersey 2009 to 2010,  followed by residency in internal medicine at the University of Southern California/LAC+USC Medical Center( Class of  2012.)

Equipped with a strong foundation in medicine and clinical expertise, Dr. Dresser is a Diplomate , a board certified physician of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
