After over 30 years practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Anderson and Fishers, Indiana, Dr. Blake has re-established a private practice in the Noblesville area. His practice focus has evolved over time beginning with 18 years of general OB/GYN, then shifting to a GYN-only practice. In 2014 Dr. Blake obtained a sub-specialty Board Certification in Urogynecology and in 2021 the ABOG (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology) Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
The patient and their care and outcome are Dr. Blake’s priority. His practice has become a hybrid of Specialty Gynecology/Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Urogynecology which has evolved over the years in response to patient's needs and advances in women’s health care. He has established a large, loyal patient following from across Indiana and neighboring states. Endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, menstrual issues, Interstitial Cystitis, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse/vulvodynia, menopausal issues, hormone replacement and hypothyroid are some of Dr. Blake’s areas of interest and expertise.
