Specializing in pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and cataract surgery, Dr. Chang is a part of the team at Eye Associates of New Mexico. She currently sees patients at the offices in Albuquerque, Regina Hall, Albuquerque, Northside, and Santa Fe.

The Eye Associates of New Mexico provides excellence in pediatric eye care services with recognized leaders in pediatric eye care. A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Dr. Chang went on to complete her internship at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Boston Children’s Hospital in Massachusetts. 

Among her many achievements, the doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
