What is the best painkiller for back nerve pain?
There is no one answer to your question; it depends on the exact location of pain and the quality of pain and how long you've had the pain and where and how it began. We stay far away from narcotics these days for all but cancer. Often, a simple anti inflammatory muscle relaxant, and sometimes a topical prescription cream compound can be very helpful.
