Following his graduation, he completed a residency in Neurological Surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he honed his skills in a rigorous academic and clinical environment. He further enhanced his expertise by completing a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery and Adult Spine Deformity at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

As a testament of his continued education, he is board-certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS), a prestigious certification that reflects his commitment to medical excellence. The ABNS certification process includes a comprehensive evaluation of education, training, and practice qualifications, culminating in rigorous written and oral examinations.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Singh is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the Louisiana Neurosurgical Society. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery.

Before joining Southern Brain & Spine, he served as an Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery and Co-Director of the Spine Center at Tulane Medical Center.
