Practicing comprehensive care dentistry, the process involves careful examination of the oral cavity, listening to his patients’ concerns, educating them on their condition, developing a tailored treatment plan, and executing treatment systematically. Emergencies and tooth aches are always considered high priority and special considerations are made to treat these patients’ needs first. He encourages his patients to come in at least 2 times a year for preventative care, check-ups, and cleanings.

Graduating with his high school diploma from Brandon High School in 1987 and his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1992, Dr. Castellano earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1996. His enthusiasm for practicing dentistry led him to open up his own private dental office in Riverview in the year 1999—where he still remains to this day.
Accomplished and dedicated to his field, Dr. Castellano has completed hundreds of hours of continuing dental education in endodontics, periodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. His interest in implants has led him to take many specialty courses in surgical and restorative implant dentistry. He has been successfully placing and restoring implants since 1999, and has been a member of the Academy of Implant Dentistry since that same year.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Castellano enjoys his family and friends. He is an active hobbyist. He enjoys mechanical work, wood, metal work, electrical, fiberglass, fabricating, and home repair/ improvement. He also likes to spend time hunting, fishing, golfing, playing tennis, collecting antiques, traveling, scuba diving, participating in water sports, and boating.
