I chose to join Kaiser Permanente because of the integrated care delivery model which is the best way to care for patients. My goal is to work together with patients and their family towards a treatment plan that maximizes their quality of life. Time spent with patients and building relationships are two reasons why I love my job. Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and raised in Louisville, Kentucky in a large family. She did her undergraduate studies and medical training in the East Coast, and subsequently moved to Washington State due to her husband’s military career.
