Dr. Borras is also a physician at Arizona Center on Aging in Tucson, Arizona. The mission of Arizona Center on Aging is to promote healthy and functional lives for older adults through comprehensive programs in research, education and training, and clinical care.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Borras earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University and his residency in internal medicine / physical medicine and rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in primary care sports medicine/musculoskeletal care.
Dr. Borras served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona and received the Best Doctors in America Award from 2013-2015. Although Tucson was intended to be a brief stop, the Borras family quickly appreciated the beauty, weather, and culture of Southern Arizona. They have called the Old Pueblo area home for more than 10 years.
