The main focus of the practice is helping patients access cutting edge treatments with solid scientific basis and treating precursors to disease before visible clinical manifestation. Dr. Dziedzic is board-certified in anti-aging and restorative medicine by the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine (A4M). The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine is dedicated to the advancement of tools, technology, and transformations in healthcare that can detect, treat, and prevent diseases associated with aging. A4M further promotes the research of practices and protocols that have the potential to optimize the human aging process.
Dr. Dziedzic was born in Zagreb, Croatia and received her BS at Fordham University where she majored in biology and philosophy. After attending Albert Einstein Medical School, she completed a pediatric internship at Medical College of Pennsylvania followed by her residency in ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center. During her training, she worked at the vascular research lab at Montefiore and at Sloan Kettering, as well as did research at Mt. Sinai and Fordham.
Although Dr. Dziedzic interned in pediatrics, her interest in Ophthalmology sprung from previous research in causes and treatments of central retinal artery occlusion that partially blinded her father.
Dr. Dziedzic is also a clinical professor with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center.
