Get to know Emergency Physician Dr. Vincent Bennett, who serves patients throughout the State of California.

Dr. Bennett is a well-versed emergency physician with over three decades of experience in his field. He treats a wide range of acute conditions or injuries in an emergency room.

At present, he is affiliated with a number of hospitals and medical centers in the state of California, including Los Alamitos Medical Center, Lakewood Regional Medical Center, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Palmdale Regional Medical Center, and MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach.

A 1991 graduate of the Howard University College of Medicine, Dr. Bennett went on to perform his internship at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Outpatient Center.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (FAAEM), the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM certifies emergency physicians who meet its educational, professional, and examination standards.

Emergency medicine, also known as trauma and emergency medicine, is the medical specialty concerned with the care of life threatening medical conditions or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. They are trained to care for a wide range of problems that require emergent medical help. These problems are often serious and may be life-threatening.
