Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Daphne Lashbrook, who serves patients in Norman, Oklahoma.

Dr. Lashbrook, a caring and compassionate obstetrician-gynecologist, began her private practice at Women’s Healthcare of Norman and Norman Regional Hospital in 2003. She accepts patients for routine well women exams, pregnancy and delivery care, hormone management, gynecology-related problems, and da Vinci® surgery (hysterectomy).

Women’s Healthcare of Norman has been dedicated to meeting the health needs of women in Norman and surrounding communities since 1995. The office conveniently houses the private practices Dr. Leslie Ollar-Shoemake, Dr. Lisa Waterman, Dr. Daphne Lashbrook, Dr. Dianne Chambers, Dr. Allison Carter, and Dr. Jessica Hinojosa.

Growing up in Bridge Creek, Oklahoma, Dr. Lashbrook attended college at East Central University, graduating with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and Business. Her medical degree was obtained at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1999, after which she completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas College of Medicine in 2003.

Following her education, she became board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The ABOG is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada.

Named a Castle Connolly Medical 2017 Top Doctor, Dr. Lashbrook remains a member of numerous professional associations and organizations in order to provide her patients with the best care possible. These include: the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Cleveland and McClain County Medical Society, the Daniel K. Roberts Medical Society, the American Medical Association, and the Kansas Medical Society.
