Dr. Croop:
Dr. Croop became interested in dentistry while undergoing several dental procedures as a teenager. As a result of those experiences, he has developed a unique practice style and philosophy and has invented and developed several dental instruments and devices that will make dental visits easier for dentists and patients. With over three decades of experience, he enjoys long-term relationships with many patients that he has cared for.
A graduate of DePauw University, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he completed his general practice residency at St. Luke’s Hospital Medical Center in Cleveland. More recently, he completed a postdoctoral program at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Xavier University XLAB entrepreneurial program.
Interested in learning from continuing education opportunities, Dr. Croop remains a member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Seattle Study Club (a renowned international continuing education institution), and the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education Alumni Association. When he is out of the office, he takes delight in teaching and advising colleagues in various study clubs, as well as working with the residents at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Outside of the dental office and the classroom, he loves spending time traveling, boating, water skiing, and kayaking with his wife and two sons. The family also enjoys spending time with their adopted rescue dog.
Dr. Gosnell
Like Dr. Croop, Dr. Gosnell’s philosophy of dentistry involves not just providing high-quality care but building long-lasting relationships. He really enjoys the opportunity to help improve not only oral health but the overall well-being of his patients.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky, he went on to complete the ‘Triangle’ by attending the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. Following graduation, he came home to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University Hospital in Cincinnati, where he met and worked with Dr. Croop.
Raised just south of Cincinnati in Union, Kentucky, Dr. Gosnell and his wife live there now, raising one daughter and spoiling one dog. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family, including their dog, Hixon.
Considering a well-balanced lifestyle to be of great importance to him, Dr. Gosnell likes getting outside to camp and hike. He also tries to stay active with exercise, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and basketball.
