An understanding and knowledgeable internist, Dr. Haque is the Owner & Operator of Haque Medical Office, PC in Brooklyn, New York. She treats patients during the weekdays, weekends, and late hours, striving to make each visit as pleasant as possible.

With over 25+ years experience as a physician in internal medicine, Dr. Haque also has experience for 16+ years as an attending physician in the Emergency Room. She is affiliated with medical facilities such as The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Maimonides Medical Center, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island.

Back in the early days of her academic career, Dr. Haque graduated with her medical degree from Rangpur Medical College (Rajshahi University, Bangladesh ) in 1995. She then relocated to the United States, performing her internship and residency in internal medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island in 2004.

Following her training, the doctor attained board certification in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being.

Among her many achievements, Dr. Haque was named “The Best Doctor of the Year, 2006-2007” by the Emergency Department of NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island. She was also awarded the Patients’ Choice Award (2014) and On-Time Doctor Award (2014).

On a more personal note, she is fluent in both English and Bengali.
