Back in 1986, Dr. Jensen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Colby College. He completed his medical education at Emory University in 1990, and completed his internship at the San Diego Naval Hospital in 1991. He then attended the Undersea Naval Officer School with the United States Navy, and served as an Undersea Naval Officer in La Maddalena, Italy for 3 years. Upon returning to the United States, he completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Vermont in 1998.
