Dr. Javed is a board certified podiatrist with comprehensive training in reconstructive surgery of foot and ankle deformities. His focus includes bunions, hammertoes, sports medicine, limb salvage, trauma, and diabetic wound care.

Since August of 2019, he has been a part of the team of professionals at Orthopedic Associates of Long Island, operating out of the office in East Setauket, New York. He also serves as the Program Director at Good Samaritan University Hospital, a 537-bed non-profit teaching hospital on Long Island located in West Islip.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Javed graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then studied at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his 3-year foot & ankle surgical residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year.

Along with being an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Javed is a member of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.
