Dr. Karen Miller is currently the Senior Director of Lifestyle Programs at Pacific Neuroscience Institute Foundation in Santa Monica, CA. PNIF is associated with St. John's Providence Hospital and the Brain Health Center. Dr. Miller has created and overseas the Lifestyle Programs which focus on helping all individuals of any age improve their brain health, with an emphasis on Cognitive Training, Fitness, Nutrition, Stress Reduction, Sleep, and Socialization. This program serves individuals with a range of cognitive skills, from executives to those experiencing changes due to normal aging or cognitive decline (mild cognitive impairment, dementia, Alzheimer's disease). Dr. Miller has 3 decades of experience in working with people of all ages from age 5 to 105 in terms of identifying their cognitive strengths and weaknesses, with emphaiss of tailoring a Roadmap to Brain Wellness in order for each individual to achieve their optimal functioning.
