About

Dr. Harmony Carlson is a licensed clinical psychologist with 17 years of experience, specializing in perinatal mental health. A generalist by training, Dr. Carlson provides compassionate care to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, with a particular focus on perinatal anxiety, depression, and grief. Her personal journey as a mother of five boys, including the profound loss of her middle son shortly after birth, deeply informs her practice and fuels her commitment to supporting others through loss, pregnancy, and parenthood as well as women accross the lifespan.

Working from a psychodynamic foundation, Dr. Carlson integrates supportive therapy, relational approaches, mindfulness, and holistic, client-centered techniques to foster growth and healing. She collaborates with clients both in person and via telehealth, offering flexibility and accessibility to those at various stages of life. Dr. Carlson finds great fulfillment in walking alongside her clients as they navigate life's challenges, especially in the perinatal period.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Carlson enjoys spending time with her family, reading, skiing, and being near the water, drawing inspiration and balance from nature and personal connections.
