    It is usually done under local anesthesia which is sufficient. If you are concerned you can talk to your physician about more intense anesthesia which has more significant side effects. READ MORE

    Your WBC may be high because of your splenectomy. It is higher than normal but not a problem. As long as it doesn't go higher, I would not be concerned. READ MORE

    I would not go to the emergency room unless you feel light-headed. I would see your primary care physician and get a referral to a specialist if they feel it is necessary. READ MORE

    A low WBC has been reported after Covid infections. Your doctor is correct as Covid is a viral infection. Yours is not too low and as along as the differential count is okay and you feel well, your should recover overtime. READ MORE

    I would hire someone who deals with vents to clear out the black mold, It may have something to do with your cold symptoms, trouble moving air and headaches and migraines.. It is less likely a cause of your UTIs that are likely caused by sexual contact. Urine should be cultured to see if there is a bacterial cause and if so antibiotics should be prescribed. Your iron deficiency arena is manifested by the microcytosis and is likely caused by your menstruation. If your physician agrees you can take iron replacement therapy by mouth.     The question is what caused the anemia. If your physician cannot identify the cause, ask for a referral to a pediatric hematologist. If no serious cause is identified, it can be fixed with oral iron tablets or solution. READ MORE

    You feel weak and tired for a few weeks and then eventually return to normal but are on medications to prevent rejection which may decrease your energy a bit. READ MORE

    You have a slightly elevated erythrocyte count and haematocrit. Your haemoglobin is normal. That is why they are reporting equivocal polycythemia. I do not believe it is a significant problem for you and could be secondary to dehydration. If you are concerned you could talk to a haematologist. READ MORE
