The receptionist—Michele, Melissa—laughed when I told her I have an appt. “Um, I called all her patients and rescheduled this morning.” I Said I live 2 hours away, is there a way to see her? She looked incredulous. “What, like, today? No. Tomorrow or in 2 weeks. I called all of her patients,” I held up my phone. “No calls. No voicemail.” “Ok well I’m not going to argue with you,” and she closed the window in my face. Dodged a bullet not seeing her—after seeing her reps, why receive her “treatment”??
