A native of North Carolina, Dr. Kegler was raised just outside the Charlotte metropolitan area. He attended North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Upon completion of his dental studies in 2001, he moved to the Atlanta area and joined a group family dental practice. Four years later, in 2005, he opened Artistic Smiles where he continues to provide comprehensive cosmetic and family dentistry in a relaxed and comfortable setting. 

With leading-edge dentistry and a personal touch, Dr. Kegler has dedicated his professional career to learning new and innovative techniques, materials, and instruments that will enhance patients’ visits to Artistic Smiles. He belongs to a number of professional dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Kegler currently resides in Peachtree Corners with his wife, Jenelle, and sons, Tre and Dylan. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys traveling, as well as playing tennis and racquetball in his spare time.
