- Nancy
When I first walked into Sonobello’s office I was scared to death, nervous, and panicking, however; everyone was so welcoming and caring I immediately felt as though I was a part the family. The next step for me was to meet with my consultant (Nancy). During the time with Nancy she made me feel so relaxed, no pressure added, or the feeling you must do this. It was up to me and whatever I decided, was fine with her, it was my choice. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Nancy, who was extraordinary, she went over the program with me, we talked about body parts, that I was interested in having done. She wasn’t aggressive, persistent and she didn’t make me feel like I was just a number. We talked about price, at that point I asked her to leave the room, so I could make a phone call. Nancy left the room with no problem. She did not pressure me or try to force me into signing a contract that I didn’t feel comfortable with. We closed the deal with getting my front bra roll, back bra roll, upper abs, lower abs, back waist, inner thighs, I later added my knees, and outer thighs and took away front bra roll. We then signed the contract, and she explained to me if I was unhappy with any of the procedures, Sonobello would correct any flaws or imperfections at no charge to me. I have never had such a wonderful consultation visit anywhere. Keep on rocking it Nancy. The entire staff were always so friendly, attentive and willing to help. The front office girls greet you the second you walk in the door. The nurses went above and beyond, my expectations, especially knowing how to keep you calm and reassured, at all times. As for Dr. Daniel Farrugia, well, I saved the best for last. First, I would like to start by mentioning a few of Dr. Farrugia’s qualities, that I observed during the process. Dr. Farrugia is very knowledgeable, compassionate, accommodating, and has outstanding, bedside manners. Dr. Farrugia is an informative surgeon, he goes through every step of the way with you. He will not poke, prick or anything without informing you first After meeting with Dr. Farrugia, on my first (pre-op), appointment he asked me, “what don’t like about your front bra roll”, because I really don’t have anything to remove from there. I replied, “I don’t know”. On my second pre-op appointment, Dr. Farrugia suggested another body part I should have done, (my knees), that I had completely forgotten about and wanted done, for a good 15 years. No, he didn’t push me to add an additional charge, he actually suggested I do my knees in place of my inner thighs. However, I wanted to have done both of them done. He just mentioned that my knees where worse than my inner highs and if I had to pick one, he said I should pick the knees. Well, I needed both of them, so that’s what I went with. So happy Dr. Farrugia mentioned the knees, I would have been terribly upset with myself if I went through all this whole process and didn’t get my knees. For right now, I am extremely happy with the results, I feel Dr. Farrugia did fabulous job on contouring my body. I am only four weeks out, on the upper body and two days out, on the lower body. We will have to wait the six months and see how my body transforms.
