Dr. Bradley Grimsley is a Board Certified General and Vascular surgeon practicing in Dallas, TX. Dr. Grimsley specializes in the comprehensive care of vascular surgery patients.  He enjoys the relationships that develop over time caring for his patients. His special interests include the care of extracranial cerebral vascular occlusive disease patients. He is considered a national expert on placement of carotid stents with a unique procedure known as TCAR.  He also has a special interest in the treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome. Because of the access to a high Volume center, Dr Grimsley has been instrumental in developing unique diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. Dr. Grimsley also enjoys providing minimally invasive alternatives using catheter-based techniques to solve peripheral vascular disease.
