Dr. Arole has nearly 20 years of experience as an internist. He graduated from University of Lagos College of Medicine in 2002. He completed a residency program at Woodhull Medical Center an affiliate of the New York University Langone Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York in 2008.
Subsequently, he was the medical director of Hospital Medicine at New Milford Hospital from 2010-2015. At Griffin Hospital he became the Chief of Hospital Medicine in 2015 and the Associate Chair of Medicine in 2021. Dr. Arole has also served as the Chair of the Connecticut Hospital Association Hospitalist Group.
Dr. Arole is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine. ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
His areas of interest include Quality Improvement and Population Health. He is involved in several Quality Improvement initiatives at Griffin Hospital, where he Co-Chairs the High-Value Care Committee.
