A Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Judith Rubin, DPM is a Podiatrist and Foot and Ankle Surgeon with The Foot Wellness Center. The Foot Wellness Center aims to help identify the source of patients’ pain and provide the best treatment plan for the best possible outcome. Keeping patients’ active, pain free, and on their feet – that is the Center’s #1 priority. Some of Dr. Rubin’s clinical interests include causalgia, bone infections, bone spurs, bunions, diabetes, and more. To begin her career, Dr. Rubin completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine/Temple Medical School. Her impressive academic career earned her a two-year surgical residency in Chicago, where she became the first woman ever to become a chief resident at a surgical program. As Dr. Rubin began her practice in Houston, TX, she continued to excel. In 1988, she became board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. and maintains that certification regularly. Furthermore, Dr. Rubin holds a reputable status with both state and national Podiatric Medical Associations. On a more personal note, Dr. Rubin is an award winning needle pointer and has designed jewelry for the past 30 years. She is a mother of two beautiful children who are her pride and joy.
