With a broad educational background, Dr. Jamrich received his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, New York. After medical school, he completed an internship in general surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, and two residency programs in the northeast. He completed his first residency in orthopedic surgery at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and his second residency in pediatric orthopedic surgery at the Shriners’ Hospital for Crippled Children. Thereafter, he came out to Colorado where he completed a fellowship in adult & pediatric spine surgery at the Colorado Spine Center.
With years of experience, the doctor is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and spine surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.
Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Jamrich is an active member of the Aurora Adams County Medical Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, the Scoliosis Research Society, and the Cervical Spine Research Society.
