Back in 1982, Dr. Dugan graduated with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine. A year later, in 1983, he completed a General Practice Residency at Jersey City Medical Center, after which he embarked on his professional journey.
