Dr. Fincher is a dermatologist serving Los Angeles and the surrounding community. She is affiliated with Fincher Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, a practice that offers the latest and most advanced techniques for all medical, surgical, laser, and cosmetic skin care needs. In regards to her education, Dr. Fincher earned her Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis with Highest Honors. Following this, she completed her dermatology training at Stanford University. Since completing her residency, Dr. Fincher has over 15 years of experience in general and cosmetic dermatology. She has worked in both private practice as well as in academia, serving on the faculty at Stanford University and as a clinical faculty member at UCLA.

Additionally, Dr. Fincher is board certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is one of 24 medical specialty boards that make up the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS). Through ABMS, the boards work together to establish common standards for physicians to achieve and maintain board certification. The boards were founded by their respective specialties to protect the public by assessing and certifying doctors who meet specific educational, training, and professional requirements. 

Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with the skin, nails, and hair and its diseases. As a dermatologist, Dr. Fincher diagnoses skin problems and develops unique treatment plans for each individual patient.
